El Tumi No.3

The Tumi is a ceremonial knife used by ancient Peruvian cultures as a means to perform sacrifices. It consists of two parts, a semi-circular blade and a handle representing the northern Peruvian God Naymlap. The Tumi has become a good luck symbol in Peru and is hung from walls in a home. The Tumi No. 1 is a replica of an Incan Tumi made in bronze with chrysocolla and spondylus detailing on a black velvet backing.
